Eric Huckins
Executive and Artistic Director
Eric Huckins is a Long Island-based horn player, music educator, and arts administrator passionate about using music to communicate, connect and share. As a performer known for his “sparkling, crystal clear sound” (Brass Legacy) Eric is a winner of Astral Artist’s 2018 National Auditions becoming the first horn player to be a part of their roster.
Eric has performed internationally as a chamber musician, soloist, and with orchestras in Europe, Asia, and across the United States. He has performed with The Philadelphia Orchestra, Kanye West, American Ballet Theater, and in numerous pit orchestras on broadway. An advocate for expanding and diversifying brass repertoire, Eric regularly arranges and commissions new works. Eric’s debut album ‘Drifter’ which features 8 new works for the horn was released in 2021 on Summit Records.
Gergana Haralampieva
Director of Operations and Educational Programs
Gergana Haralampieva is a Bulgarian-American violinist and educator passionate about making classical music relevant and accessible. She is a recent fellow of Carnegie Hall’s Ensemble Connect and now serves as a mentor for the current class of fellows.
As an in-demand chamber musician, Gergana has performed with ensembles throughout the United States such as the Borromeo String Quartet, Eighth Black Bird, Frisson Ensemble, and A Far Cry. Gergana is a dedicated violin teacher and maintains an active studio of private students and group classes utilizing the Suzuki method.
Gergana received her Bachelor’s Degree from Curtis Institute of Music in 2016 and her Master’s Degree from New England Conservatory in 2018.
